The once hearlded as the biggest tax credit in the US, Foxconn LCD plant in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin is more con than Fox. One striking tax credit for the 13k promised employees cost somewhere between $200,000 to $1 million per employee. Was the plant worth the cost to Wisconsin even if built?
